What sizes do you carry?
We stock XS through 3XL across leggings, sets, sports bras, shorts, and tops. Every product page has a detailed size chart with measurements in inches and centimeters.
Do Pchee leggings run true to size?
Yes — but if you're between sizes we recommend sizing UP for a more comfortable squat fit. Our scrunch seam adds a built-in lift either way.
What's the rise on the leggings?
Most styles are mid-to-high rise (roughly 9–11 inches), designed to stay put through squats, runs, and brunch. Check each product page for exact rise.
I'm in between sizes — which should I pick?
For leggings + shorts, size UP for a relaxed compression. For sports bras + tops, size DOWN for a snug shaping fit. Still unsure? Take our 60-second fit quiz.
Do you have a fit guarantee?
If your first order doesn't fit, exchange it free within 30 days — no shipping fee on the swap. See our return policy for details.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1 business day from our US fulfillment center. You'll get an email with tracking the moment it leaves the warehouse.
How much is shipping?
FREE on US orders over $99. Flat $6.95 under $99. International rates calculated at checkout. Full details on our shipping policy page.
How long does delivery take?
US: 3–6 business days (standard) or 2–3 (express). Canada: 5–10 business days. UK/EU: 7–14. Australia: 8–16.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — to 40+ countries. Duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country (calculated at checkout).
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact support within 2 hours and we'll do our best. Once it's out the door, we can't reroute.
My package says delivered but I didn't get it. What now?
Check with neighbors / building manager first (it happens!). If still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we'll file a claim with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

30 days. No questions. No fees on exchanges.

What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery date, full refund or exchange. Items must be unwashed, unworn, with tags attached. We don't accept returns on bodysuits, underwear, or final sale items. Full details on our return policy page.
Is there a return shipping fee?
Returns for refund are subject to a $7 return label fee (deducted from your refund). EXCHANGES are 100% free — no return shipping cost.
How do I start a return?
Visit your account → Orders → "Return or exchange" — our self-serve portal walks you through it in 60 seconds.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, refunds post within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing may add 2–3 more days.
Can I exchange for a different color or size?
Absolutely. Use the same return portal and pick the new variant — we'll ship the swap as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact support with photos within 7 days. We'll replace it free and cover all shipping. Zero hassle.

Product Care

Treat them right and they'll last for years.

How should I wash my Pchee leggings?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Use a gentle detergent (skip the fabric softener — it coats the fibers and kills stretch). See our full care guide for fabric-specific tips.
Can I tumble dry?
We recommend hang-dry or tumble on LOW heat. High heat breaks down the elastane that gives the leggings their lift and shape recovery.
Will the colors fade?
Not if you wash cold + air dry. Hot water and high-heat drying are the main culprits for color loss on activewear.
Why is my new pair shedding lint?
That's normal for the first 1–2 washes — it's loose fiber from the manufacturing process. Wash inside out with similar colors and it'll stop.
Can I bleach my whites?
No. Bleach destroys the elastane and yellows the fabric. For brightening, use an oxygen-based whitener (like OxiClean) on cold.

How do I check my order status?
Log into your account → Orders. Every order has live tracking the moment it ships.
I forgot my password — help?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page, enter your email, and we'll send a reset link in seconds.
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is fine. But making an account lets you track orders, save favorites, redeem rewards, and check out faster next time.
How do I delete my account?
Email us from the address on the account and we'll delete it within 48 hours per our privacy policy.

How do I earn Pchee Points?
Make an account → earn 1 point per $1 spent automatically. Bonus points for: signing up (100 pts), birthday month (200 pts), reviewing a product (50 pts), referring a friend (500 pts when they order). See full details on the rewards page.
How do I redeem points?
In your account → Rewards. Pick the reward (5%/10%/15%/20% off codes, free shipping, free product) and we'll generate a one-time code you can apply at checkout.
Do my points expire?
Points expire 12 months after your last order. Place any order to reset the clock.
Can I stack a rewards code with a sale price?
Yes! Rewards codes work on sale items unless explicitly excluded (we'll always tell you on the reward).
Do influencer / affiliate codes give me points too?
Yes — every order earns points regardless of which code was used (as long as you're logged in).
